Your back office runs itself.
Now your follow-ups do too.
Resolv already files your rebates, permits, and warranties. AI Playbooks put the same engine to work on the stuff that slips: quotes going cold, invoices going unpaid, jobs going quiet.
Core services stay flat-fee. AI Playbooks run on included credits.
What AI Playbooks catch
The AI Playbooks
Hire the dispatcher who never clocks out
Each playbook is one job, done relentlessly. Turn on the ones your shop needs — they report back like a sharp office manager, not a dashboard.
Estimate Follow-Up
Never let a quote go cold
Watches every open estimate in your system. When one goes quiet, it drafts the nudge — in your shop's voice — and either sends it or asks you first. Your call.
Texts you Monday morning: “14 estimates over $5k have gone quiet. Want me to nudge them?”
Install Photo Checklist
Every job closed out right
Builds a photo checklist for each job from the rebates it qualifies for. If a tech wraps up without the model plate or the install shot, it pings them before they leave the driveway.
“Job #4412 is missing the outdoor unit nameplate photo. I texted Marcus — he's still on site.”
Stale-Project Watchdog
Nothing sits and rots
Flags any project that hasn't moved in a week — no status change, no notes, no scheduled work. You get a short list of what's stuck and why, instead of finding out in month three.
“3 jobs haven't moved in 10 days. Two are waiting on permits — already on it. One needs a call from you.”
Invoice & Payment Chaser
Get paid without the awkward calls
Keeps an eye on every unpaid invoice and follows up on a schedule you set — friendly at day 7, firmer at day 21. You see everything before it goes out, or let it run on its own.
“$23,400 outstanding across 6 invoices. I sent two reminders this morning; the Hendersons just paid.”
CRM Tag Hygiene
Your data, actually clean
Sweeps your CRM and fixes the drift: jobs missing tags, customers filed twice, equipment fields left blank. Clean data means your reports — and every other playbook — actually work.
“Retagged 41 jobs this week and merged 3 duplicate customers. Your maintenance list is accurate again.”
Follow-Up Job Scheduler
The next job books itself
When a job closes, it knows what comes next — the 6-month maintenance visit, the filter swap, the inspection. It reaches out to the homeowner and gets it on your board.
“Booked 5 maintenance visits for installs from last fall. That's tomorrow's route half full.”
Resolv Credits
One simple meter. No surprises.
AI Playbooks run on Resolv Credits — a straightforward way to pay for exactly the automation you use, and not a dollar more.
Credits come with your plan
Scale plans and up include $100 of automation credits every month, and every new shop's first month comes with $200 of credits to try playbooks on real jobs. No extra signup, nothing to configure.
Playbooks sip them as they run
A nudge text, a photo check, an invoice reminder — each action draws a few credits. Light months use less. Busy months use more. You see every draw, itemized.
Crushing it? Grab a pack
If your playbooks are working so hard you hit your allowance, top up with a bulk credit pack. Or don't — playbooks pause politely at your cap and pick up next month.
Rebates, permits, and warranties never use credits. Ever.
Your core services stay exactly as they are today — flat-fee, all-you-can-file. Credits only meter the new playbook automations you choose to turn on.
Dial in your shop. Watch the math.
Slide your numbers in, flip some playbooks on, and see roughly what a month of automation looks like for your shop.

How often playbooks walk your board looking for work
Which playbooks are on?
Your shop, roughly
about $79 of automation per month
Covered by the credits already included in your plan.
Illustrative early-access math: 1 credit ≈ $0.10; Scale plans include about $100 of credits monthly, and every new shop's first month comes with $200 to play with. Real usage varies by shop — this is a feel for the scale, not a price list. Price subject to change.
What shops are building
AI Playbooks are recipes, and every shop cooks differently. These are the kinds of setups coming out of our early-access build sheet.
The Monday-morning money meeting
Estimate Follow-Up plus Invoice Chaser, swept Sunday night. By the time the owner pours coffee Monday, there's one text waiting: every quiet quote, every unpaid invoice, and the nudges queued up to send.
The photo-perfect close-out
Install Photo Checklist wired to the shop's rebate catalog. Techs get pinged for the exact shots each rebate needs before they leave the driveway — so the office never has to send anyone back for a nameplate.
The quiet-quote rescue
Estimate Follow-Up tuned to big tickets only: anything over $5k that goes silent for 5 days gets a personal-sounding check-in, and the owner gets flagged to call the ones worth fighting for.
Common Questions
Straight Answers
No Fine Print
What exactly is a credit?
A credit is the unit playbooks use when they do work for you — sending a follow-up text, checking a job's photos, chasing an invoice. Small actions cost a few credits; bigger sweeps cost more. Scale plans and up include $100 of credits monthly, every new shop's first month comes with $200 of credits, and you can see every credit your playbooks spend, itemized.
Do rebates, permits, or warranty registrations use credits?
No. Never. Your core Resolv services — rebate filing, permit filing, and warranty registration — stay flat-fee, exactly as they are today. Credits only meter the optional playbook automations you turn on. Turning every playbook off changes nothing about your core service.
What happens if I hit my monthly credit cap?
Your playbooks pause politely — they stop spending and tell you what they were in the middle of. Nothing breaks, nothing bills you by surprise. You can top up with a bulk credit pack, or just wait for next month's allowance to refresh.
Can I cap how much a single playbook spends?
Yes. Each playbook gets its own budget if you want one — so the Invoice Chaser can run hot during a slow-pay season without starving your Estimate Follow-Up. By default they share your plan's allowance.
Does this work with my CRM?
AI Playbooks run on the same connections Resolv already uses for rebates — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and friends. If Resolv can see your jobs today, playbooks can work them. No new software for your office to learn.
When do AI Playbooks launch?
We're rolling it out to early-access shops now, flagship first: Estimate Follow-Up. The numbers on this page are illustrative while we tune the credit model with real shops. Book a demo to get in line — early-access shops get a say in what we build next.

that watches you work.
AI Playbooks do the work. Book a demo and we'll set up your first one live on the call — usually it's the estimate follow-up, and usually it pays for itself on the first quote it saves.
