Get paid for rebates at install, not months later.
Once the program has verified the job and the install is verified, Resolv sends you the rebate money and keeps 7.5%. Then we wait on the program ourselves. One transfer, no receivable for your office to chase.
- Resolv keeps
- 7.5%
- On a $10,000 rebate you receive
- $9,250
- Paid to your shop
- Within days of verification
How It Works
Four steps between the install and your bank account.
The program decides eligibility and verification. Resolv handles the paperwork and carries the wait.
- 01
The program verifies the job
Your reservation or pre-approval is approved with a dollar amount recorded on it, and Resolv is the named payee. On programs with no pre-approval step, that is the signed application with Resolv designated as payee.
- 02
The install is verified
The install photos and documents the claim needs are on the job and matched to the program's requirements, so the claim packet is ready to file.
- 03
Resolv pays you the rebate minus 7.5%
One transfer to your shop, within days of verification. The fee is netted out of it, so there is no separate invoice to pay later.
- 04
Resolv collects from the program
We file the claim as payee of record and wait on the program's timeline. However long that takes, your money already moved.
The whole price
7.5%
of the rebate. That's it.
No monthly platform fee. No per-filing fee on a rebate Resolv pays upfront. Rebates Resolv files for you but does not pay upfront stay on whatever plan your shop is on.
Compare with our monthly plansOne fee, and you still get all of Resolv.
The percentage is not just for the money. It covers the work that gets the rebate approved in the first place.
- Every rebate the job qualifies for, found, filed, and chased
- Permit filing on the same job
- Manufacturer warranty registration
- The AI dispatch agent that runs the paperwork
- Marketing support and the homeowner leads Resolv generates
Every rebate on the job,
not just the big one.
Most companies that front rebate money front the one large program rebate and leave the rest on the table. Resolv matches every rebate a job qualifies for — including the smaller utility, municipal, and manufacturer rebates that usually go unclaimed — files them, and pays that stack upfront.
Utility, municipal, and manufacturer rebates on the same job stack with the program rebate. One job, one place to see the whole stack, one transfer to your shop.
Program eligibility, verification, and fund reservation are determined by each program, not by Resolv.

$9,250 lands at your shop within days of verification. Resolv files the claim as payee and waits on the program for the $10,000.
Common Questions
Before you send us a job.
Who is eligible for upfront payments?
Licensed contractors running jobs on a program where Resolv can be named the payee of record. The rebate has to be reserved or approved by the program with Resolv as payee, and the install has to be documented. We walk through the program, the paperwork, and the payee designation with you before anything is advanced.
Which programs can Resolv pay upfront?
Programs that let Resolv be named the payee before the money moves — either the homeowner signs the payee designation on the application, or the reservation names Resolv as a third-party payee. Programs that can only pay the shop directly are not part of this yet. Tell us the program you are working and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
What happens if the program denies the claim?
If the application details you gave us are accurate, that is Resolv's risk, not yours. We filed the claim, we are the payee, and we work the denial with the program. The one exception is a job where the details we were given were not accurate.
How does 7.5% compare to factoring the rebate?
Factoring this kind of receivable typically runs around 10% for an eight-week period, and it renews if the program takes longer. Resolv's fee is 7.5% flat on the rebate, netted from one transfer, however long the program takes to pay us.
What else do I pay on a rebate Resolv pays upfront?
Nothing. The 7.5% is the whole price for that rebate — no monthly platform fee and no per-filing fee on it. Rebates Resolv files for you but does not pay upfront stay on whatever plan your shop is on.
